Why we started
We have seen challenges many landlords face when renting their properties out: voids, late payments, bad- irresponsible tenants, eviction costs just to name a few. We started JFox Property because we knew we can help all landlords as we understand that HMOs = High Maintenance Operations, so it does require a lot of time, big effort, and deep knowledge to run HMOs successfully.
